Our 1-Year Craftsmanship Promise

At FABULOVE, we stand by the quality of our creations. Every product is covered by a 1-year warranty from your purchase date, protecting against material flaws and manufacturing defects.

 

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not extend to damage from:

Accidents, misuse, or lack of care

Theft, loss, or natural wear over time

Color fading or material aging

 

To Claim Warranty Service:

Provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase. Replacement is limited to the same product model and does not extend the original warranty period.

 

 Important Product Notes

For Phone Cases:

FABULOVE cases are designed to protect your device, but we cannot guarantee 100% prevention against scratches, impacts, or data loss. Particles may enter the case—handle with care.

We’re not liable for damage to devices, clothing, or personal injury resulting from case use.

 

For Custom Designs (Mix & Match products):

Your design is uniquely yours—non-defective custom cases cannot be returned.

However, you’re entitled to one free exchange within 6 months if the product is faulty.

 

For Straps:

A slight length variance (±3cm) may occur due to craftsmanship tolerances.
